Flame Retardant Specifications for Production Use
Studio and location regulations require wallpaper used on set to meet specific fire safety standards. We supply flame retardant wallpaper meeting BS 476 Part 7 Class 1 and EN 13501-1 classifications. These ratings are suitable for studio sets, location shoots, theatre productions and public venue dressing.
Our flame retardant options are available across a wide range of period and contemporary patterns. For bespoke designs, we can print onto compliant substrates. Please specify your fire rating requirement when requesting samples.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you stock period wallpaper for hire or sale only?
All wallpaper is sold, not hired. However, for productions requiring short-run quantities we offer no minimum order on most standard ranges.
Which fire rating standards do you supply?
We supply wallpaper meeting BS 476 Part 7 Class 1 and EN 13501-1 (Euroclass B-s2,d0). Please specify your requirement when ordering — not all patterns are available on flame retardant substrate, but our bespoke service covers most custom needs.
What is the lead time for production orders?
Standard stock patterns dispatch within 3–5 working days. Bespoke or flame retardant substrate orders typically require 10–15 working days. We can often accommodate tighter deadlines — please call to discuss.
Can you match a specific colour or reproduce a historical pattern?
Yes. Our bespoke service allows us to match virtually any Pantone or paint reference, and we can recreate historical patterns from reference photographs or archive images. Speak to our design team for a quotation.
